What is "Art Entertainment"?
Art Entertainment is not your typical art instruction. It's focused on creating a fun atmosphere for the
patron while teaching them to create a beautiful piece of art. You get to snack /have drinks, socialize, and be an artist, all at the same time! It's truly a fun and unique experience. With different
themes and music selections, there's an event for everyone!
We put the "ART" in "pARTy!" Come join us- we can't wait to Celebrate Creatively with
you!
WHAT ARE YOUR COVID SAFETY MEASURES?
How Much Does It Cost?
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR RATES HAVE TEMPORARILY CHANGED DURING THE PANDEMIC, AS WE NOW HAVE TO
PROVIDE DISPOSABLE ITEMS AT A HIGHER COST.
Most regular Adult and Kids public paint parties range from $35 to $45 per painter. (This includes wine
glass painting parties.) We also offer special event paint parties, so check back often , "Like" our Facebook page, and subscribe to our newsletter for all the latest updates.
We will soon be offering wood cut outs and Canva- Clock public paint parties.
The cost for private parties for both kids and adults ranges from $40 to $55 per painter. There is a $80 to
$110 Deposit, (Depending on the painting selected,) & a minimum of 8 paid painters for ALL private parties. (Custom paintings are subject to a $5- $10 per painter increase, & the deposit will
reflect this increase as well.)
Our Studio Can Hold A Maximum Of 8 People. There is a $50 Fee To Use Studio 2, Or A Travel Fee If You
Would Like For Us To Come To You. The Travel Fee Is $55 + $1 Per Mile From Our Studio.
We now offer in- studio paint party packages for children. Prices vary & are listed under the "Paint
Parties For Children" tab.
How Do I Sign Up For A Class?
Click On The "Find A Paint Party" Button Or On The "Join A Public Party" Button
Below.
Select the Public Party You Wish To Attend then Click "BOOK."
You will then have to sign in or sign up by giving
your name, email, number, and creating a password. You will be taken to the customer area. Click "New Bookings" to see the calendar, & then Click
"NEXT."
Ensure that your information and the number of seats
you wish to purchase is correct & Click "CHECKOUT."
Enter In Any Promotional Codes You May Have At This
Time.
Agree to the terms, & select "PAY NOW AND
CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING."
Enter your payment information from
there.

Participants Are Notified By Email Or Text In The
Event Of A Class Cancellation.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Public Party Classes:
If class is cancelled by us- purchaser may request either a Refund or Credit.
Refunds or Credits will be given for cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance.
Refunds are processed ONCE a week on Tuesdays. After processing, refunds may take up to 10 days to show up in your
account, depending on your bank.
Credit Will Be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
No calls/ no shows & *cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will not receive credit or
refund!
(*certain conditions will be considered- this is at the discretion of Bites & Brushes.)
Private Parties:
Deposits made for private parties are NON- Refundable, however a party may be rescheduled once within 60 days, if notice
is given within 72 hours of original party date.
All sales for seats purchased under a private party are final. Credits may be issued in certain circumstances, at the
discretion of Bites & Brushes.
Where Are Your Events Held?
Most of our events will be held at our studio.
The address is 107 Queen Street, Morganton NC 28655.
We also travel to different venues occasionally and have a few restaurants that host us.
All events can be located on our calendar, which is found under the "Find A Paint Party"
tab.
We also host private parties and fundraisers. Look under the respective tabs for more
information.
Do You Offer Virtual Events?
Yes!
We Offer Painting Kits That May Be Completed Via One Of Our Live Public Or Private Virtual
Events
Or By Following The Included Video Or Written Instructions.
We Also Offer Paint By Numbers Kits & DIY Kits.

How Many People Can You Accommodate?
In Our Studio We can accommodate up to *8 people.
We can accommodate up to 150 people for parties outside of the studio.
*Capacity Is Currently Limited Due To Covid Restrictions.
What Should I Wear?
Although aprons are provided for most events, you should probably wear something that you don't mind getting
paint on.
Accidents happen and acrylic paint DOES NOT come out of clothing. This is especially true for Kid's
events.
What Should I Bring?
We provide all painting supplies, instruction, a photo booth (in studio only,) & music (in studio only.)
We also have a bottle opener on hand, should you forget yours. We do not supply snacks, drinks, ice, plates, cups, napkins, or anything other than painting
supplies. Sometimes, we have a few wine cups in case you forget yours, but these are subject to availability.
In Studio, you are welcome to bring your own snacks, fountain drinks, water, Wine, & Beer. Everything
must be in a LEAK PROOF container. Please do not bring any hard liquor.
Will I Receive A Confirmation After Registering For A Class?
You will receive a confirmation via the emails sent by PayPal/ Bookeo after registering for any of our
classes. You will need to keep this email as your proof of payment! You will only be notified by one of our artists if something went wrong during the registration process, or if a
class has to be cancelled. (The exceptions to this are Voucher registrations & gift certificate registrations.
If you are unsure as to whether or not your registration was received, please send us an email to
theartists@bitesandbrushes.net, or give us a call or Text at (706)449-9642. You will receive a response within 24 hours. Let us know if we may text you a response, and we may be able to get
back to you faster using this method.
Can I Pay Using An E- Check?
Yes. If you pay using an E-Check, your purchase is not final until
AFTER the E-Check clears your bank. This could take several days or weeks, depending on your financial institution. Please plan accordingly. We are not able to grant entry or reserve seating prior to
the check clearing. NO EXCEPTIONS.
How Early May I Arrive For A Public Or Private Party?
You May Arrive 15 Minutes Prior To The Event Start Time For Both Public & Private
Parties.
Please Keep In Mind That We DO NOT Allow Patrons To Decorate Our Studio In Any Way, So The Time Before The
Party Should Only Be Used To Bring In & Set Up Food.
What Size Canvas Is Used?
For Most Regular Adult Paint Parties, a 16 x 20 inch canvas is used, however, this does vary sometimes.
The canvas size will be listed next to the title of the class if it is not the standard 16 X 20. For Most Kid's Classes, an 8 X 10 Canvas is used. A 12 x 16 inch canvas is used for Canva-
Clocks.
Smaller sized canvases are used for the Mommy & Me, Quick Bite, Teen, & Tween Paint Parties. They
range from an 8x10 to a 9x12 depending on the party.
What Happens At Wine Glass Painting Parties?
Each painter will receive TWO glasses to paint. Glasses must be taken home and BAKED for 30 minutes,
(Detailed instructions will be given at the class itself, & they are also listed below,) or they will need to be allowed to dry for 21 days. They must be hand washed.
Wine Glass Baking Instructions:
1. Place glasses in the oven while it is COOL. 2. Preheat to 350 degrees. 3.Once the oven reaches 350, set
the timer for 30 minutes. 4.After the timer goes off, allow the oven to cool completely- DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE GLASSES YET! 5. Once oven is COMPLETELY cool, glasses are safe to remove and design
is set. For best results, hand wash only. Wash on top rack of dishwasher only at your own risk.
Can You Really Teach Me To Paint ANY Of The Paintings You Feature?
ABSOLUTELY. We do all of the hard work for you. Some of the paintings that require complex drawing will have
the image pre-drawn on the canvas/ wine glass prior to the event. We give simple, easy to follow instruction to ensure a beautiful finished product. Trust us. EVERYONE can do
this!
Do Guys Attend Your Events?
Here at Bites & Brushes, there's something for everyone! We wouldn't exclude the guys. We have paintings
targeted at the gents in our gallery under the "Because Real Men Paint" section.
Men frequently attend our regular sessions as well!
"Paint & Sip pARTies" are also a wonderful idea for a date night that both men and women alike will
enjoy. Be on the look out for our special "Date Night" paintings that we feature every so often.
